Brand-new Highway Stars replacement fan delay relay for all 1986-1987 Buick Grand National, Turbo Regal, and 1987 GNX.
The purpose of this relay is to operate the engine cooling fan for a short duration if the manifold coolant temperature exceeds 203 F (95 C) after the engine is turned off.
This new Highway Stars fan delay relay has a completely revised electronics layout to prevent the corrosion and subsequent grounding/shorting issues which commonly occurred with the factory original relay.
Tip: To maintain vehicle originality, you may opt to carefully remove the plain black cover of this new fan delay relay and swap it with a cover from an original fan delay relay.
