Highway Stars receives many calls about belt tensioners and squeals. We have done extensive testing on serpentine belts and we ONLY offer the correct length belt which fits a STOCK system.  

You can navigate the internet and forums all day long, and get 1000 opinions from everyone who wants to tell you what they want you to know, BUT at Highway Stars, we ONLY SELL the correct parts for stock vehicles- PERIOD.  It's that simple. Parts are tested in our facility. If a part is not correct, then we simply WON'T SELL IT.  

Furthermore, we would like to share the correct information regarding belts and correct sizing.  Take a look at the picture below.  It is of a STOCK belt tensioner for an 1987 Buick Grand National.  In this picture, there is no belt installed on the tensioner.  You will see an indicator on the belt tensioner.
