Highway Stars is an ecommerce retailer specializing in automotive restoration parts for classic and collector vehicles. We are licensed by General Motors as part of the GM Licensed Restoration Parts Program.
All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

4. Sales Territory
Highway Stars sells and ships products exclusively within the United States.
We do not sell or ship internationally at this time. If you are a Canadian resident or an International resident, please contact Highway Stars to inquire about alternative purchase arrangements. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images, and compatibility information are accurate. However:

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
- Cancelled orders based on the request of the customer will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Highway Stars is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy, available on our website through your order history. Customers must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through the RMA return process which can be located via the customer order history.

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items (including electrical components or special-order parts) may be non-returnable.

Highway Stars participates in the General Motors Licensed Restoration Parts Program.
Licensed products meet specific branding and licensing requirements established by General Motors. Licensing does not imply that parts are newly manufactured by General Motors unless expressly stated.
